Summer is near, and the Asian Interior Design team prepares to enter into the spirit of warm nights and long days, and for that reason our newsroom started looking for the best destinations within reach of only the most stuffed wallets.

One of the places we’ve found is like heaven on earth, is an almost remote place, in full communion with nature, an unrivaled tranquility. We are talking about the eco-luxury resort Soneva Kiri in Koh Kood, Thailand.

Other dining options include a breakfast, lunch, or dinner at a “restaurant-nest”. The structure, which resembles a bird’s nest, is nearly 5 meters high in the trees.

When the customer arrives, enters the structure and is slowly hoisted to the top of the tree. They use safety belts and leather sit on upholstered cushion seats. The service is done by a waiter who arrives on a zipline. The “nest” holds up to four people and is made with natural materials and without using screws. The structure lasted two and a half years to complete.
