Asian Interior Design

This is the fourth project from Ptang Studio Limited that entered the Covet International Awards competition. La Cresta Sales Office is another interior design project by the Chinese organization.

La Cresta Sales Office is located at the heart of Kau To Shan, in Hong Kong, in an area surrounded by several green elements. This is a residential project developed by Nan Fung Development Ltd. & HKR International Ltd.

The new design for this establishment involved the creation of a gross area of approximately 134,000 sq. feet which include 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units each having approximately 1,500 to 3,300 sq. feet.

Another element that was used in the furniture used in the divisions was the beige-colored leather. The designers’ idea was to incorporate elements that alluded to the surrounding landscape, using, therefore, streamlines and layered wall features for the effect.

This is the fourth project from Ptang Studio Limited which is included in the list of competitors to the Covet International Awards. Aside from this project in that same contest are other projects from the same enterprise, among them the ASYA Sales Gallery in Jakarta, Indonesia, the Club 2Gether in the south coast of Tuen Mun, China, and lastly a contemporary design project at La Cresta House 3 (Kau To Shan, in Shatin, Hong Kong).

The company’s work philosophy is mostly centered around a “back to basics” idea. Ptang Studio Limited has the reputation of creating spaces that fulfill their customers’ needs while creating a comfortable atmosphere at the same time (according to the client’s liking).
