Here we have another contestant up for the Covet International Awards 2018. The contestant is Aung Naing Linn with the luxury residential project The Royal Residence.
The project was at a 229 sqm house located at the center of Yangon, Myanmar. This initiative was directed toward a young family who has and enjoys a luxury lifestyle. It involved a revamp directed toward the living room, dining room, master bedroom and bathroom, guestroom and even to the kid’s bedroom (where two girls are).
One of Aung Naing Linn’s concerns was keeping the theme in all the divisions, despite the changes which came. Both the living room and the dining room were redecorated with elements with a gold pattern to them. Several different and varied patterns were combined while both the divisions were built based on “an open space concept”.
When it came to the master bedroom and bathroom, the first division had the aim of letting in as much natural light as possible, while the bathroom had two materials combined: marble and onyx.

When it came to the two girls’ room, this space was decorated with the textured fabric being incorporated on the wall panels as well as the other upholstery elements present in the room.
