The Dharmawangsa, a luxury hotel located in South Jakarta, was one of interior designer Jaya Ibrahim’s first ever projects. Know more about this luxury hotel which is quite a prestige in its country.
Today The Dharmawangsa is a quite well-known hotel in South Jakarta, and it is often mentioned as an establishment with a sophisticated design which reflects the Indonesian culture and history. It is often described as a serene place to stay, with several suite options and a very attractive Executive Room.
This space, in particular, has a king and twin sized bedroom (which measures around 66 square meters) with a large marble bathroom equipped with a separate shower and bathtub. The room also has two vanity basins, an executive desk, one private terrace, and an in-room bar.

Aside from the hotel, this establishment is also very known in the area for its luxury spa facility called Bimasena Spa. The SPA and Fitness Center are a very good chance for hotel guests to relax from all of that city stress. There are also several types of treatments available such as hydrotherapy treatments, hair care treatments and even several spa wedding packages. Jaya Ibrahim is one of the most known designers in Indonesia even after his passing in 2015. He worked in several design projects in this same country (one example being The Legian Bali), as well as in other places such as China and Singapore (specifically in luxury hotels in both of these countries). Other colleagues of him, some of them being Rommy Ardian, Shaun Yeo and Agnes Affandy, have shared the good memories they have from him especially when it came to working in interior design and learning from his experience.
